Sales Manager -Telesales (B2C & B2B)

  Major Responsibilities :
  • Lead a team to process all incoming enquiries & orders from different sales channels.
  • Focus on telesales and close deals over email & phone.
  • Drive the team to exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Actively promote company products & Services, upsell & cross-sell in every opportunity, consistent follow up and build rapport with customers.
  • Formulate & executesales strategies & Kpis to raise customer loyalties, grow existing accounts, increase average order value, improve service quality and identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the daily sales operations, ensure all workflows and policies are being followed and managed by exceptions.
  • Coach and grow the team with on-job training on product knowledge, sales technique, telephone skill & etc.
  • Identify the potential area for process improvement.
  • Prepare report, analysis & report to the management team
  • Motivate & build a team culture of continuous improvements.
  Job Requirement :
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Sales/Telesales industry with minimum 3 years at supervisory level.
  • Must have experience in managing a team of 6+.
  • Have superior communication skills & interpersonal skill.
  • Passionate, thrive on stress and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High sense of responsibility, aggressive, attention to details, diligent and work independently
  • Proficiency in speaking of English & Cantonese.

 

Sales Manager - Retail Channel

  Responsibilities :
  • Develop our retail sales channels including departmental store counters (shop in shop) and retail stores
  • Coordinate with partner exploring the potentials and synergy of our existing store counter business
  • Coordinate with Marketing team for development the right marketing mix
  • Operate and optimize the daily operation of our retail sales channel
  • Provide regular business analysis and market insights for exploring new business opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal sales team, prepress team, customer service team to optimize the daily order processing operation
  Requirements :
  • Degree holder of business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience or above on Sales &Marketing /Business Development
  • Relevant experience in marketing, printing, promotional products industry is preferable but not a must
  • Proven track record
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, presentable, self motivated and outgoing
  • Good coordination and interpersonal skill
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese

 

噴畫廣告制作主任/組長 Print Production Supervisor/ Leader

  主要職責 :
  • 負責安排進行日常數碼印刷品生產制作, 統籌各類工作項目, 例如安裝, 美工, 展覽會, 活動佈置管理等
  • 負責督導及管理小組﹐身體力行﹐帶動有效率的工序流程
  • 建立團隊精神及和諧的工作氣氛, 確保各小組成員保持良好溝通及正面積極的工作態度
  • 監察及確保產品質量達標﹐貨期準時無誤
  • 學習新技能, 熟習生產設備的操作, 行業的產品應用, 制作技術及管理等
  • 就所委派執行的事務, 定期向經理作出報告
  資歷要求 :
  • 有領導智慧﹐身體力行﹐2年以上督導及管理5人以上小組
  • 有能力靈活運用資源帶動執行高效率的生產作業
  • 有正面承擔工作壓力及解決問題的能力
  • 積極主動, 勤奮, 並於有需要時超時工作

  • Understand client’s needs, evaluate project details, timeline and budget with in-house support team to formulate best printing solutions
  • Keep in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign. Checking and reporting progress regularly
  Job Requirement :
  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in B2B/corporate sales
  • Good presentation, communication and customer service skills
  • Training will be provided through experience in advertising/printing will be an advantage
  • Presentable with good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, responsible and team oriented
  • Wants to develop the career as professional corporate sales

  Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for application system design, development, program coding, testing and implementation support
  • Perform production system maintenance and user support
  • Collect and understand user requirements
  Requirements :
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
  • 0-2 years web development experience, welcome fresh graduate as a Trainee
  • For Web Developer - Experience in PHP, HTML,CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, MS-SQL
  • For Programmer - Experience in MVC, C# / ASP.NET, MS-SQL
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Account Executive (Corporate Division / B2B) – Advertising Print Solutions

  Responsibilities :
  • You will work with Account Manager as a team to achieve the sales target
  • Make warm calls and build a good rapport with your clients
  • Understand client’s needs, evaluate project details, timeline and budget with in house
  • Understand job scope from Sales & Client and provide best printing & installation advice
  • Preparing of quotation, job Sheet, quotation/order follow up and quality control before dispatch
  • Keep in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign. Checking and reporting progress regularly
  • Liaise with outsource vendor on costing and prepare quotation for Sales team
  • Keep improving daily operation procedures, increasing efficiency and production logistics
  • Perform ad hoc assignments from the team
  Requirements :
  • Diploma or above with at least 1-2 years working experience
  • Experience in B2B business with a fast-paced business environment would be an advantage
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Initiative, independent and well-organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
  • Self-motivated, responsible and team oriented, strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

 

Senior Graphic Designer

  Responsibilities :
  • Handle the design work from concept, artwork to production
  • Cooperate with account servicing to organize
  • Experience in graphic, exhibition, event, festival decoration will be an advantage
  Requirements :
  • Diploma or above in Design or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ experience in design/ advertising industry
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Possess strong communication skill and good team player
  • Able to work under tight schedule and pressure

 

Digital Printing Operator

  Major Responsibilities :
  • Prepare and handle daily printing job
  • Handle color and graphic issues
  • Monitor printer’s performance and report to supervisor
  Job Requirement :
  • F.3 or above
  • Knowledge in standard computer skills
  • Knowledge in graphic software such as Adobe and Photoshop is an advantage, but not a must
6 days work (Monday to Saturday, Morning(08:00-17:00)/Afternoon(14:00-23:00)/Night(23:00-08:00) shift)

  主要職責 :
  • 負責負責電腦噴畫廣告制作﹐如操控數碼印刷機﹐數字切割機﹐過膠機或其他設備等
  • 日常維護保養工作
  資歷要求 :
  • 提供在職培訓,有晉升機會。工作環境舒適有冷氣,無須戶外工作
  • 經驗不拘,要有責任心,細心,整理
另有數碼印刷設備操作學徒,薪金可達$8,000

 

數碼印刷品製作助理/學徒 (可達$13,300)

  主要職責 :
  • 負責後期手工製作,如過膠膜,裱畫,包裝,普通清潔。
  資歷要求 :
  • 提供在職培訓,有晉升機會。廠房冷氣環境舒適,無須戶外工作。
  • 經驗不拘,要有責任心,細心,整理。
工作時間:星期一至六, 每天九小時, 其中一小時十五分鐘為飯餐時間

 

Customer Service Executive 客 戶 服 務 員 ($10,000 - $13,000 + incentive)

  主要職責 :
  • 辦公室工作,處理來自不同渠道的客戶查詢,如熱線、電子郵件、傳真和網上查詢等
  • 採取積極及正面的態度處理及解決客戶問題和投訴
  • 與客戶和內部各方保持有效的溝通,以達專業服務水平
  • 協助文書工作
  資歷要求 :
  • 中五程度或以上
  • 最少一年客戶服務或熱線中心經驗
  • 具有良好電話應對技巧,解決問題能力和溝通能力
  • 有禮貌、耐心、主動,以客戶服務作主導
  • 良好英語及粵語
  • 可即時上班者優先考慮
