Sales Manager -Telesales (B2C & B2B)
Major Responsibilities :
Lead a team to process all incoming enquiries & orders from different sales channels.
Focus on telesales and close deals over email & phone.
Drive the team to exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
Actively promote company products & Services, upsell & cross-sell in every opportunity, consistent follow up and build rapport with customers.
Formulate & executesales strategies & Kpis to raise customer loyalties, grow existing accounts, increase average order value, improve service quality and identify new business opportunities.
Oversee the daily sales operations, ensure all workflows and policies are being followed and managed by exceptions.
Coach and grow the team with on-job training on product knowledge, sales technique, telephone skill & etc.
Identify the potential area for process improvement.
Prepare report, analysis & report to the management team
Motivate & build a team culture of continuous improvements.
Job Requirement :
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Sales/Telesales industry with minimum 3 years at supervisory level.
Must have experience in managing a team of 6+.
Have superior communication skills & interpersonal skill.
Passionate, thrive on stress and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
High sense of responsibility, aggressive, attention to details, diligent and work independently
Proficiency in speaking of English & Cantonese.
Sales Manager - Retail Channel
Develop our retail sales channels including departmental store counters (shop in shop) and retail stores
Coordinate with partner exploring the potentials and synergy of our existing store counter business
Coordinate with Marketing team for development the right marketing mix
Operate and optimize the daily operation of our retail sales channel
Provide regular business analysis and market insights for exploring new business opportunities
Coordinate with internal sales team, prepress team, customer service team to optimize the daily order processing operation
Degree holder of business or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years’ experience or above on Sales &Marketing /Business Development
Relevant experience in marketing, printing, promotional products industry is preferable but not a must
Proven track record
Able to work independently
Good communication and negotiation skills, presentable, self motivated and outgoing
