Terms and conditions
If the length or width of the ordered product is greater than 1.6 meters (1.6 meters is 5.25 feet or 63 inches) on either side, Only picking up the goods from Yau Tong and delivery service can be selected.
a) Customer who chooses to pick up at branch should arrive on the pickup date and time specified on the invoice, and presents a copy of the invoice to our staff for verification.
b) For pick-up by our Customer’s authorized person, our Company will not be responsible for the risks of any losses involved.
c) For Customer who chooses to pick up on their own, they should arrive at the specific branch within 14 days of the delivery date noted on the invoice. After that period, our Company will not be responsible for keeping any product(s) and shall reserve the rights of handling these product(s) without any notice and compensation.
d) Customer should check and confirm the product(s) before leaving the branch.
3rd party pickup center
a) Relevant SMS shall be presented for picking up the product(s). If the provided phone number is incorrect or incapable of receiving a SMS (such as residential or office phone, etc.), the delivery date of the product(s) will be affected.
b) After receiving the product arrival SMS notification, customers can pick up the product(s) by presenting the SMS at the specified 3rd party pickup center. No storage fee will be charged for picking up the product(s) within seven days starting from the next day upon receiving the SMS.
c) After the end of the free storage period, storage fee will be charged starting from the 8th day after receiving the SMS (the upper-limit of the free storage period is 7 days). Customers will need to pay the storage fee in cash while picking up the product(s) at the pickup center.
d) Within the same order, products in different categories will be packed in separate cargoes. The service charge for each single piece of cargo is $10/piece, calculated on a daily basis.
e) If the product(s) is overdue and not yet picked up, 3rd party pickup centers have the right to refuse the customer to pick up the product(s), and reserves the right to destroy the product(s) without a notice..
f) Cancellation of order, refund or complement in any form will not be made for overdue products.
g) For pick-up by our Customers’ authorized person, our Company will not be responsible for the risks of any losses involved.
h) In case of change of pickup time based on arrangements of each pickup center and special situation, the above terms shall be applied.
In any case of dispute, the decision of Bannershop shall be final.
