Manpower Developer Award Scheme 2015-16 was presented by Employees Retraining Board (ERB) last week. This scheme aims to applause “Manpower Developer”, enterprise with outstanding performance in five key aspects, including “Leading a Learning Culture”, “Resources Planning”, “Training and Development System”, “Performance Management” and “Corporate Social Responsibility in Manpower Development”. BannerSHOP has been acclaimed again as “Manpower Developer” under SME category for 2016 and our HR representative attended the award presentation ceremony.
