Responsibilities:
 
  • Serve as the first point of contact to respond professionally to all customer inquires
  • Servicing customers on online order process, product information, payment and order tracking
  • Filter first level of complaint
  • Majority is customer support and general enquires, no sales call related
 Requirement:
 
  • Min 1 year in experience Customer Service on general enquires or customer support
  • Enjoy talking to customer with friendly manner
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese (spoken Mandarin and English is an advantage)
  • Immediately available
